Zoë attended the Hollywood Style Awards where she presented her friend and hair guru, Mara Roszak, with the “Hair Stylist of the Year” award. The event celebrated the truest of trendsetters in fashion, hair, and makeup. Other award recipients included Chloe Moretz (The One To Watch), Elizabeth Stewart (Best Celebrity Stylist), and Kylie & Kendall Jenner (Stylish Sisters).  Congrats to Mara and all the winners!

Zoë and Petra

Zoë was spotted in a marigold  Michael Kors Spring 2012 dress at the opening of the designer’s new boutique on Robertson Boulevard. She paired the fitted dress with neutral colors; a snakeskin clutch and triple strap sandals both by Michael Kors. The event hosted by Zoë’s friend and stylist, Petra Flannery, benefited the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Zoë presented at the 12^th Annual Latin Grammy Awards alongside Sofia Vergara and Lucero. Zoë looked glamorous in a kelly green dress from Elie Saab’s Spring 2012 collection, the sequined gown featured a crew neck, cap sleeves, and was accented with a thin belt. Zoë completed the look with a bronze Bottega Veneta clutch. Zoë attended Motorola’s Droid RAZR launch in a Barbara Bui ensemble from the designer’s Resort 2012 collection. The edgy look featured a detailed chain halter and slouchy ankle pants. She completed the outfit with a Barbara Bui clutch, Pierre Hardy shoes, and jewelry by Sydney Evans.

Zoë hosted Gen Art’s Fresh Faces in Fashion event and looked sharp in an Antonio Berardi Spring 2012 dress. The blush mini was all about the details and showcased padded shoulders, cut-outs, and a satin panel on the skirt. Giuseppe Zanotti peep-toe pumps, a black Judith Leiber clutch, and jewelry by Irene Neuwirth completed the look.

Zoë sparkled in a Reed Krakoff Resort 2012 dress at the premiere of ‘Kaylien‘. She balanced out the look with a Reed Krakoff clutch, Lanvin earrings, and neutral shoes by Salvatore Ferragamo.

Has there ever been a time you felt like an outsider? Have you ever looked around a room and felt like you did not belong? ‘Kaylien‘ , a short film directed by Zoë, dives deep in to the emotions of a little girl who feels different from everyone else. The short was part of Glamour’s ‘Reel Moments‘ and stars Malin Akerman, Bradley Cooper, Judy Reyes, Isabella Acres, and Kelli Barksdale. You can view the film here. Saturday Zoë presented at Spike TV’s Scream Awards. The show aired Tuesday evening and awarded  the best horror, sci-fi, and fantasy films.   Zoë rocked the stage wearing a white mini by J. Mendel, pairing it with shoes and a purse by Lanvin. She  sparkled in jewelry by Sydney Evans to top off the look.  The award show was such a treat for fans to watch; you could really tell how much work was put in to it. Did you tune in?

On last night’s episode of Project Runway, the designers went for an outing to Governor’s Island in seek of inspiration for their catwalk designs. After taking in the surroundings and gathering their fabrics the designers were informed it would be a team challenge and previously eliminated contestants were brought back to assist. The designers were on pins and needles wondering who would make it to the final four, and more importantly who would get the opportunity to show their collection in Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

As the panel of judges entered the room they introduced none other than Zoë as this week’s guest judge! Zoë’s experience in walking countless red carpets paired with her knowledge of fashion (hello MyFDB!) made for great commentary, providing the contestants with honest feedback. Zoë sported a red hot jumpsuit designed by fellow judge, Michael Kors. In the end, Anya, Viktor, Kimberly, and Josh were in; leaving poor Laura and her circle designs out. Last night was the opening of Public Hotels, Public Chicago.  Ian Schrager transformed famed Ambassador East and its historic Pump Room restaurant into an innovative one of a kind hotel. Zoë attended the highly anticipated opening looking chic in a cropped blush jacket and pants both by Chloé. She completed  the look with a Lanvin purse, and Barbara Bui shoes.

Sunday Zoë came out to Will Rogers State Park in Los Angeles to attend the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic. The sun was out and shining making it near impossible to tell it was October, and  everyone was dressed in their favorite polo inspired attire. Zoë’s dress, purse and sunglasses were all by Jason Wu. She paired her look with Brian Atwood shoes, and accessorized with a snake ring by Jack Vartian, a rose gold ring by Sydney Evans, and earrings by Janey Wolf. The event supported the preservation of the Will Rogers State Historic Park. The bi-coastal classic happens in both New York and Los Angeles and are signature events of the Veuve Clicquot Season.

If you have not yet heard about the petition it is geared at educating parents, carers, teenagers, and children on food and nutrition by incorporating balanced meals into school systems.  The countdown to 1 Million signatures on the petition is in full effect and celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston, Elton John, and Zoë  have signed on to help raise awareness. Last night Zoë attended the Los Angeles premiere of Machine Gun Preacher. The Giambattista Valli floral mini dress she wore included a sheer black insert to add a little edge, and was paired with fuchsia ‘Alba’ heels by Brian Atwood. Fashion week is a time to celebrate fashion and the people who make it possible, this year MyFDB threw a soiree doing just that. Wednesday evening MyFDB invited fashion editors, familiar faces, and some of your favorite bloggers together in honor of the relaunch. The cocktail party was hosted by  Zoë and fiance Keith Britton at the London hotel in New York City.

This morning Style.com ran  an interview with Zoë titled, “Zoe Saldana Will Help You Find a Stylist“. The interview focused primarily on Zoë’s involvement in her fashion crediting site, MyFDB. However, as the interview continued juicy questions were asked, and the possibility of a future designer collaboration was thrown out there. As the Twitterverse gushed over the idea of a Zoë - Designer Collaboration…perhaps one with longtime friend, Prabal Gurung,we here at Team Zoë couldn’t help but dream up what the collection would look like.  Bold statement pieces? Transforming day to evening wear? Sleek and sophisticated work wear? One thing is sure, if and when Zoë collaborates with a designer you will hear it here first!

When Latina magazine began to plan for its 15th Anniversary Issue the staff knew they would have to come up with something grand. 9 months and 7 photo shoots later a photo emerged featuring 15 celebrities Latina loved. Zoë was selected to be one of  celebrated women and was included on the triple-gatefold cover amongst others such as Salma Hayek, Selena Gomez, Shakira, and Eva Longoria.
